Bungalow Renovation

What was once a simple suburban home has been transformed into a large welcoming space with a chic city style. The dramatic renovation involved opening up small rooms to create a great room entertainment area with a stylish European kitchen, bright colours, integrated lighting, modular display cabinetry and a glass railed open stairway to the lower level.

The highlight of the space is the modern open flame gas fireplace, flanked by patio doors leading to the landscaped private garden. The lower level was completely re-designed to include a large bright sitting area with pot lighting, a floating staircase, a full three-piece bathroom and two additional bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom was re-designed to include a new, chic bathroom with a unique designer floor and a full-sized shower.
