This stylish Urban property was a collaboration with an art loving couple looking for a unique interior. Dave and Fred designed a whole new look including: art lighting, modern wide plank oak floors, and dramatic Georgian trim. Rich wall tones in the foyer and gallery provide a deep contrast and a beautiful backdrop for artwork, reflecting Urban Graffiti with bold colour and texture.

We re-designed the custom kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas range to be open to the entertaining area but with a lot of added storage as requested by the client. Fred specified custom cabinets in a mirror-sheen automotive finish and chose White Carrara marble tiled floors with matching counter tops. The newly designed and renovated kitchen is now a part of the adjacent Dining and Living areas, surrounded by floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views of False Creek and the Vancouver skyline. A dramatic chandelier was chosen to hang over the custom made dining table and classic modernist dining chairs.

American Black Walnut and White Carrara marble were selected to flow throughout the interior for classic elegance, designed custom blinds and draperies provide an elegant feel for this modern interior. Fred and Dave worked closely with the client to build custom millwork throughout with hidden niches for everything from shaver chargers to electronic integration.
