West Vancouver View Condo Renovation
From 1980s kitsch to sleek tailored chic
With amazing views of the Vancouver skyline and an 80s interior, this spacious condo was locked in the past and in dire need of upgrading. The re-design focused on opening up the interior to capture the expansive views and the addition of a master bath and guest room in leftover square footage that had been ignored.
Gorgeous walnut flooring flows from the front entry foyer through to the entire open concept living area. A new fireplace is surrounded by a single sheet of Caravaggio marble and flanked by built in custom designed walnut bookcases. This theme is carried through the new kitchen with matching walnut cabinetry and quartz counter tops.
The re-designed master suite now features a private Ensuite Bath with a spacious shower, heated tile floors and a custom vanity with a cantilevered basin. The sleeping area features a wall of frosted mirror as the dramatic feature of the headboard wall and a small private sitting area under a skylight off to the side.
